These are the terms and conditions applicable to persons (“you” or an “Entrant”) entering the Glen’s Vodka Competition (“the Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Failure to abide by any of these terms and conditions will disqualify you from taking part in the Promotion and your entry will be deemed invalid.The Promoter is Loch Lomond Group with its principal place of business at Lomond Estate, Alexandria, G83 0TL, Scotland. All references to ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘company’ refer to the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates and associates.
1. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION The Promotion is open to those aged 18 years and over and residents of Great Britain only. The Promotion is not open to (i) employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling) and household members of the Promoter or their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies or advisors; and (ii) anyone else involved in the creation or administration of the Promotion, or their immediate families or household members.
2. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION
2.1 Entrants must retweet the competition post on Twitter
2.2 In order to enter the Promotion be over 18 years of age.
2.3 Promotion Dates. The prize draw commences at Thursday 17th December at 17:00 and prize entries must be submitted before 23:59 on Sunday 20th December
3. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
3.1 The winners will be chosen by the Glen’s Vodka team at random. The winning entrants will have to claim their prize by providing @GlensVodkaLLG with a email address and photographic proof of age (drivers license or passport). The winner must provide this information with 48 hours of being notified that they are a winner. Failure to do so will result clause
3.2 In the event that the Prize Winner is disqualified or ineligible for Prize in accordance with clause 4 below, the prize for the Prize Winner will automatically be forfeited and an alternate Entrant will be selected as Prize Winner and notified using the same process as described above in respect of that Prize. The above process will be repeated as necessary until the Prize is validly claimed by an eligible Entrant.
4. THE PRIZE
4.1 One entrant will win; 1 x pay per view ticket for Motherwell vs Aberdeen on Saturday 23rd December, 1 x bottle 70cl bottle of Glen’s vodka and 1 x signed Motherwell Football Club shit. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for any injuries or accidents incurred whilst enjoying this prize.
4.2 There are no additional prizes or free gifts available for entry for this promotion.
4.3 The Prize Winner will be sent their pay per view link via email address provided. The Prize winner will be sent 1 x bottle of vodka & 1 x signed shirt via post by w/c 4th January 2021.
4.4 It is not the responsibility of the Promoter if The Prize is in anyway damaged upon delivery to the winner, and an alternative Prize is not required in this event.
5. GENERAL
5.1 The decision of the Promoter with respect to all aspects of the Promotion is final. No Private correspondence will be entered into with any Entrant except with the Entrant selected as a winner. 5.2 The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion or for failure of email or entry to be received or for any loss of entry.
5.3 The Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if any of the Prizes or a component of them cannot be awarded as described.
5.4 The Prize Winner shall provide the Promoter with proof of age on request.
5.5 The Promoter is not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for failure to contact any winner, and will not be responsible for failing to contact or award any prize to any Entrant who provided incorrect or incomplete information, or who does not respond to the Promoter’s communications within the time-frames described above.
5.6 By entering this promotion and submitting any content the entrant hereby warrants that he/she owns all rights in such material and assigns to the Promoter with full legal and beneficial ownership all intellectual property rights. The entrant hereby irrevocably waives all moral rights or other transferable rights on the material to which the entrant is or may at any time in the future be entitled.
5.7 The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.
5.8 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion and the nature of any prize (to an alternative of equal or greater value) in the event that it or its conduct of the Promotion is affected or is likely to be affected by any unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions, nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
5.9 The Promoter will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, delayed, incomplete or destroyed entries and all such entries are void. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. The Promoter is not liable for any problems, errors, or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to, any damage to the Entrant’s computer or another technical device, or software, as a result of the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
5.10 By entering the Promotion Entrants agree that any personal data submitted as part of the entry process (including their email addresses) can be stored and processed on behalf of the Promoter and its affiliates as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws and that such storage and/or processing may occur outside of the European Economic Area. Entrants agree that such data may be used to contact them, for the purposes of the administration and conduct of the Promotion, for publicity purposes as stated in these terms and conditions and for the provision of the Prize Winner’s name to third parties. A request to access, update, delete or correct any personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out in these terms and conditions. 5.11 The Promoter reserves the right to delay, terminate or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these terms and conditions, including, without limitation the entry by persons outside the Promotion’s jurisdiction or of persons under the legal drinking age in their country of residence, or failure in whole, or in part of any website(s) used to enter the Promotion, any related component or module, or an order an any governmental or regulatory authority.

6.1 You acknowledge that:
a) The Promotion and the Promoter’s Twitter, Facebook & Instagram page are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram;
b) Any information you provide via the Promoter’s Twitter, Facebook & Instagram page is provided to the Promoter and its affiliates rather than Twitter, Facebook & Instagram; and
c) You hereby release Twitter, Facebook & Instagram from any claim or liability suffered in connection with the competition.
6.2 The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance of the laws of Great Britain.
